This weeks theme was "Safe" So I chose a pic of this B-17 Super Fortress "Return To Glory" At March AFB Air Museam for a few reasons.

During WWII it helped keep The World Safe for Democracy It's sitting Safe on the ground.It safely completed over 20 bombing missions over Germany returning it's crew safe and sound back to base and lastly it's guns are all safed.. It was taken with my trusty Sony Cybershot 4.1 ..for more entries this week see link below.

Looks like you made it out to see the planes. They are so magnificant when they flew overhead. There is nothing like the roar of those engines on the B-17, B-24. and the Mustang they had on view.

Good take on the theme.
I never heard them myself but I know people who did.
They told me that hearing the roar of their engines made them feel safe.

The road behind where I basically grew up in Hawaii Kai . My Dad still
lives there. You may remember Magnum PI title when TC's helicopter
was photographed going over the shore line .. same one. I took the Pic.
